Missing woman found safe after weeks-long search by Terrace RCMP

Community breathes a sigh of relief as missing woman is located and reunited with her family

Terrace RCMP have successfully located Mary-Anne Lawson, who had been missing since the end of August.

Const. Kelly Cates confirmed that Lawson has been found safe and sound, bringing relief to her concerned family and the broader community.

Mary-Anne Lawson, 47, was last seen on the afternoon of Aug. 31, around 3 p.m. The details surrounding her whereabouts during the period she was missing remain undisclosed.

Terrace RCMP would like to thank the public for their assistance and vigilance in helping locate Lawson. They also encourage individuals to remain aware and report any unusual or suspicious incidents to the authorities.
