There were 20 racers signed up and they ranged in ages from three to nine years old.

The races were sponsored by Trails North Powersports, Evergreen Industrial and BV Insurance Services. Race crew was John and Geri Brown, Maxine, Corbin and Brody Ehrlich, Kendra and Marcel Thibodeau, and Jacques.

The Town of Smithers allowed the use of Heritage Park to hold the races.
