March 4, 1937 - February 23, 2022
It is with heavy hearts that we announce our mom passed away after a short battle with cancer, peacefully at home with family by her side on February 23, 2022.
Mom was predeceased by her husband of 64 years, John Goriak.
Survived by her sons, Herb (Gaylon), Norman (Robbie), and daughter Tammy Dorrett, nine grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, with #8 on the way. Brothers Chuck and Lloyd Botham, nieces, nephews, and many friends.
Born in Sioux Lookout Ontario March 4,1937. Married John in Hudson Ontario in 1955. Moved to BC in 1963 and to Terrace in 1977 until her passing in 2022.
We would like to thank Dr Penney, Dr. Fourier, palliative nurses Frances and Paige for your kindness, compassion and care you gave to our mom.
Mom is with Dad now, which is where she wanted to be.
You are gone mom but will be in our hearts forever. Love and miss you.
