Stella Peden (nee Haigh)

In loving memory ~
It is with a heavy heart and profound sadness that we announce that our Lord and Savior has claimed His child home. Stella went to be with the Lord at 7:08 AM Saturday, June 11, 2022. Her long, arduous battle with cancer that she so courageously fought and with such positivity is now complete. Although we will mourn her absence with us, her battle has been won. Cancer may have taken her body but it couldn't touch her soul.
Stella was born and raised in Terrace, B.C. Through Scouting, she met and married the love of her life, Scott Peden. Scott and Stella married in 1996, and are raising four children, Aurora, Jasmine, Shyla and Josiah. In 2021, they celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary.
Stella is survived by her husband Scott, and children Aurora, Jasmine, Shyla and Josiah; parents Peter and Mary; brothers Dustin (Courtney and children) and Benjamin (Allie); father-in-law Earl; brothers-in-law Jeff (Nina and children) and Gary (Janelle and children)
Celebration of Life will be held on July 16th, 2022, 11am @ Terrace Pentecostal Assembly.
