Phil passed away at the age of 93, surrounded by his family at Mills Memorial Hospital in Terrace.
He is survived by his wife June, and his five children.
Maureen Thomas (Barry), William/Bill Bradford, Myrna Cullis (Steve), Mona Nester (John), Fay Armstrong (Dave), as well as his sisters Joyce Johnson and Mary Douglas. He had 15 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews.
He is predeceased by his first wife of 53 years Frances, and brothers Baron, Gerald, Tom and Dennis.
He was born in Cutknife, Saskatchewan and spent the rest of his life in Alberta and BC, long haul trucking, construction road building and in the last ten years before retirement for Alcan at Ootsa Lake.
He was much loved and will be greatly missed, always will be forever in our hearts.
