Thank you for being YOU...the most perfectly imperfect human to share life with. A woman whose mere presence on this earth, richly blessed the lives of so many, all your 75 years... Daughter, Sister, Aunt, Wife, Mother, Teacher, Mentor, Friend... A simple title doesn't begin to describe the millions of ways you touched the hearts of all those who knew and loved you... and us, who loved you...all ways and always, to the moon and beyond.
A fierce, loving, compassionate woman whose nature was to lend a hand, an ear, and shoulder to those in need, with an innate gift to connect to the heart, no matter the situation or age. Diverse, mischievous, magnificent, and dynamic; A sassy, spicy, courageous, feisty fighter, rock collector, blanket fort builder, flashlight collector, cookie monster, mud pie expert, Barbie fashionista & clothing designer, ninja grandma, storyteller, adventurer, artist, borscht master, bleach baba, winter storm trooper, DIY queen, laugher, dancer, and bright beautiful smiler.
Through every up and down, all the sideways, topsy turvy twisted path of life, you have been here to play and celebrate, hold hands, pick up, dust off, and set us (mostly) straight again. Roots and wings. A light in the darkest hours and cheerleader in adversity, you have never failed us.
We are stardust. We are Light. We're with you, and you with us... Forever loved and never forgotten by all of us you now watch over... Your best friend and husband of 60 years, Allen Richardson, daughters, Angela (Marc Wouters, sons Jake and Josh), Sondra Richardson (& Bruce Farris), brother Bill Picton and family.
