On July 25, 2015 the Lord called home Marion Elizabeth Robertson (nee Filmer).
Marion was predeceased by her loving husband of 61 years, Murdoch Robertson (2012) and her 2nd born son, Geoffrey. Marion was the proud mother of her son, Jay, and adoptive mother to Fiona Robertson. She was a ‘second mother’ to Christine Janssen Stryker.
Marion was a loving grandmother to Jeffrey, Janessa, and Jennifer Onstein. She was a longtime resident of Terrace, B.C. and a member of St. Matthew’s Anglican Church. Marion loved to serve her Church community through singing in the choir and by baking and cooking for others. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the HOME Society in Abbotsford at homesociety.com. The family would like to thank the nursing staff at Terraceview for the wonderful care they provided and Dr. De Bruin for her excellent care and guidance.
