We are saddened to announce the passing of Louis Payne after a short battle with cancer.
He is survived by his wife, Joan, of 48 years. His sons, Jeff, Nathan, and Kyle (Vivian) and grandson, Logan.
Louis was predeceased by his parents, Ed and Marian Payne and siblings David, Donald, Ruth, and Helen.
He is survived by his sister, Norma and twin brother, Lloyd, as well as his foster sisters Rosalie and Tanya and many extended family.
Louis was born in Fredericton, NB. and came west in in 1969 living in Prince George, Telkwa and finally settling in Terrace.
He worked for Coca Cola Ltd. for 38 years. Louis loved being involved in music and coached boys baseball for many years in Telkwa and Terrace.
He was an avid fisherman and will be greatly missed by his fishing partner, Willow, a Labrador.

Louis was a caring father and kind, gentle man who will be greatly missed.
A Celebration of life will be planned for the future.
