John Goriak passed away January 27, 2020. He is survived by his loving wife of 64 years Winona, his children Herb (Gaylon), Norman (Robbie), and Tammy Dorrett, 9 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, niece, nephews and many friends.
Born in Sioux Lookout Ontario, John was a veteran of the Korean War.
Married in Hudson, Ontario in 1955, moved to BC in 1963 and moved to Terrace in 1977 until his passing in 2020.
Special thanks to Dr. Penny, the nurses and staff at Terraceview Lodge for the love and care they gave to him, to the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 13 for their tribute to a Comrade in Arms, to Andrew Johnstone, Audrey Kerr and Melia Olson.
John will be loved and remembered by his loving wife and his children forever.
