It is with profound sadness that our family announces the passing of our Mom and Oma on November 3rd, 2018 in her 91st year. Jane was born in the Netherlands in 1928 and immigrated to Canada in 1956. Jane is survived by her 6 children, 25 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren. Pre-deceased by her husband, Cornelis Braam.
Mom lived at Terraceview Lodge for the last 3.5 years, where she was richly blessed with the exceptional care and love she received from the staff. We will always be grateful to the care givers that work there.
