Our beloved mom and grandma, Gurdip Kaur Thandi, passed away peacefully on June 20th, 2019 surrounded by her family. She was a mom, bibi, and grandma to everyone and left a lasting impression on whoever had the pleasure of meeting her. She enjoyed cooking and feeding those around her. She loved gardening, family gatherings, and visiting her family in India. Her life was devoted to her faith and helping those in need.
We would like to thank our immediate and extended family and friends for the outpouring of love and support that we have received throughout this difficult time and providing your heartfelt sympathies.
We would also like to thank Dr. Lim, Dr. Jaworksy, Dr. Drouin as well as to all the nurses and staff at Mills Memorial Hospital who gave such amazing care and support to our mom/grandma. You all went beyond what anyone could ever ask and made a difficult time a little easier through your kindness and compassion.
To honour her memory, we ask everyone to offer a helping hand to those in need as our mom/grandma always did.
