DISPOSAL OF LAND
TAKE NOTICE THAT, in accordance with the Community Charter, the Council of the City of Terrace intends to dispose of the following land (3111 Kalum Street) legally described as: Lot A, District Lot 361, Range 5, Coast District, Plan PRP41812 Except Plan PID 023-957-859 to Metis Nation BC for the purchase price of Four Hundred Ninety Thousand Five Hundred Eighty-Six Dollars ($490,586).
THIS NOTICE IS GIVEN IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 26 OF THE COMMUNITY CHARTER, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO.
