NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
ZONING BYLAW AMENDMENT
TAKE NOTICE THAT an application has been made to amend Schedule “A” (Zoning Bylaw Text) of Zoning Bylaw No. 2069-2014.
THE SUBJECT LAND:
The application affects those portions of the lands, within the City of Terrace, shown hatched on the accompanying map and described as:
Lot A, District Lot 360, Range 5, Coast District, Plan EPP41922 (2903 Kalum Street); and
Lot 1, District Lot 360, Range 5, Coast District, Plan EPP41921 (2902 Evergreen Street).
THE INTENT:
1. To amend Schedule ‘A’ (Zoning Bylaw Text), section 12.4.2 Site Specific Permitted Uses of the C3 — Service Commercial zone, by adding the following:

k. “Industrial Equipment Sales, Leasing and Service” to the properties legally described as: Lot A, District Lot 360, Range 5, Coast District, Plan EPP41922 (2903 Kalum Street) and Lot 1, District Lot 360, Range 5, Coast District, Plan EPP41921 (2902 Evergreen Street). |
PURPOSE:
To allow an industrial equipment rental and service business to operate as a permitted use at 2903 Kalum Street and 2902 Evergreen Street.
BYLAW INSPECTION:
DOCUMENTS MAY BE INSPECTED online at www.terrace.ca/planninqapplications or viewed at the Public Works Building at 5003 Graham Avenue, Terrace, B.C., between 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Friday, December 1, 2023 to Monday, December 1 1, 2023 excluding weekends and Statutory Holidays.
PUBLIC HEARING DETAILS:
PUBLIC HEARING TO BE HELD IN THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL CHAMBERS, AT 7:00 P.M. ON MONDAY, December 11, 2023. Any person who wishes to address Council at the time may do so in person at 3215 Eby Street, or electronically/by phone via Microsoft Teams.
