TAKE NOTICE THAT an application has been made to amend Schedule “A” (Zoning Bylaw Text) of Zoning Bylaw No. 2069-2014.
THE SUBJECT LAND:
The application affects those portions of the lands, within the City of Terrace, shown hatched on the accompanying map and described as:
Strata Lots 1 to 11, Strata Plan PRS55, Lot 1, District Lot 361, Range 5, Coast District, Plan PRP13455 (4702, 4704, 4706, 4708, 4710, 4712, 4714, 4716, 4718, 4720, and 4722 Keith Avenue)
THE INTENT:
To amend Section 12.4.2 Site Specific Permitted Uses of the C3 – Surface Commercial Zone by adding the following:
“Health Services Facility” to the properties legally described as: Strata Lots 1 to 11, Strata Plan PRS55, Lot 1, District Lot 361, Range 5, Coast District, Plan PRP13455 (4702, 4704, 4706, 4708, 4710, 4712, 4714, 4716, 4718, 4720 and 4722 Keith Avenue).
PURPOSE:
To allow a health services clinic in the Keith Avenue Mall within units 4708, 4710, 4712 and 4714.
