PUBLIC NOTICE OF INTENTION
DISPOSAL OF LAND
TAKE NOTICE THAT, in accordance with the Community Charter, the Council of the City of Terrace intends to reassign the 99-Year lease (until July 1, 2077) of the following lands to the Terrace Old Age Pensioners Association:
The Happy Gang Centre, site located at 3226 Kalum Street (legally described as Lot 27, Block 6, District Lot 369, Range 5, Coast District, Plan 972) for the total amount of $1.00/year.
THIS NOTICE IS GIVEN IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 26 OF THE COMMUNITY CHARTER, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO.
