TAKE NOTICE THAT application has been made to amend Schedule “B” (Future Land Use) of Official Community Bylaw No.
THE SUBJECT LAND:
The application affects those portions of the lands, within the City of Terrace, shown hatched on the accompanying map and described as:
Lot 1, District Lot 611, Range 5, Coast District, Plan EPP128673
(2404 Kenney Street);
and
Lot 2, District Lot 611, Range 5, Coast District, Plan EPP128673
(2406 Kenney Street).
THE INTENT:

PURPOSE: To permit the consolidation of the two properties and the development of a 12-unit, ground oriented multi-family townhouse project.
BYLAW INSPECTION: DOCUMENTS MAY BE INSPECTED online at www.terrace.ca/ planningapplications or viewed at the City of Terrace Public Works Building at 5003 Graham Avenue, Terrace, B.C., between 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Thursday, February 1, 2024 and Monday, February 12, 2024, excluding weekends and Statutory Holidays.
PUBLIC HEARING DETAILS:
PUBLIC HEARING TO BE HELD IN THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL CHAMBERS, AT 7 P.M. ON MONDAY, FEBRUARY 12, 2024. Any person who wishes to address Council at the time may do so in person at 3215 Eby Street, or electronically/by phone via Microsoft Teams.
