SKEENA riding voters are taking advantage of advanced voting opportunities, indicate statistics released by Elections BC
On the first two days of advanced polling, April 29 and April 30, 1,689 votes were cast.
That amounts to 8.4 per cent of the total registered voter tally of 20,002 as of April 11.
Across the province for those first two days, 7.2 per cent of voters cast their ballots.
Advance voting continued on May 3 and continues today, May 5 and May 6.
General voting day is May 9.
Registered voters can find advance voting places by referring to the ‘Where to Vote’ card sent in the mail.
