Transit drivers in Terrace are handing out reflective arm bands to passengers and any pedestrians found walking the streets in dark clothing in an effort to build awareness around the importance of being seen while walking dark streets in winter months. Drivers are hoping this encourages the community to be more aware and get safely home.
