The Terrace Public Library is extending its “step inside” hours by four hours per week in November.

Bibliophiles and other patrons can now come into the library and browse for 30 minutes at a time from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays. “Step inside” hours on Monday and Saturday are from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and on Wednesdays and Fridays from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The library is still limited to 20 patrons in the building at one time; study spaces, meeting rooms and public seating is still unavailable. People can drop in or book one of the four computers at the library for 30 minutes at a time during “step inside” hours.

Seniors have exclusive library access from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday and Friday.
