A WOMAN was struck by a small red car while in the cross walk at Sparks St and Lazelle Ave on March 20 at 3:15 PM, report Terrace RCMP.
The car immediately sped away without stopping. The woman suffered minor injuries to her leg.
There were a lot of other vehicles and people around that witnessed this incident. We encourage these people to call us in order to help identify the driver,
