Man stabbed in Terrace, B.C. altercation

The incident took place at the corner of Loen Ave. and Eby St.

TERRACE RCMP are investigating a stabbing early this morning which sent one man to hospital.

The 18-year-old was stabbed during an altercation that took place on Loen Ave/Eby St.

Police were called to the area at approximately 2 a.m. on reports of a fight and stabbing.

Police say the two people involved in the altercation are known to one another. BC Ambulance transported the man to Mills Memorial Hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries received.

The matter is still under investigation. A large group of youth and young adults were in the area at the time of the incident.
