Update: All of CityWest’s services are back on track after outage related issues were resolved on Friday Nov.19, said the company. Any customers still facing an issue can contact CityWest at 1-800-442-8664.
CityWest customers in Terrace and Kitimat are affected by an unplanned outage that began Thursday morning.
All services are currently down and there is no estimated time for when it will be restored again.
CityWest spokesperson Chris Armstrong, said the company estimates 10 per cent of its customers have been affected by the outage.
As soon as the outage was reported, CityWest initiated an emergency maintenance and technicians are still working on resolving the issue, said Armstrong.
