If city council had cared a whit for the safety and wellbeing of nearby residents and businesses expected to embrace this new facility, councillors would have made a point of alerting everyone to what was in the works and not waited for it to sneak up on everyone after Ksan pocketed a letter of support and applied for the $500,000 grant. What a welcome for the newly elected council!
