WHILE DRIVING on the local highways this weekend, keep an eye out for people in brightly coloured clothing and hi-viz vests along the roads and in the ditches.

The Terrace and Skeena Valley Rotary Clubs will be out this Sunday Oct. 16 from noon to 2 p.m. for their fall highway cleanup from the four-way stop at the corner of Hwy 16 and Hwy 37 South to the Northwest Regional Airport.

They clean up this area every spring and fall as part of their “Adopt A Highway” project.

Please help by not littering while driving.
