Terrorizing the streets with their screams and howls, these zombies had a point to make.
Almost 40 people showed up to the ‘Zombie Walk’ on Oct. 27 to grunt against hunger, accepting donations for the local food bank.
The group of gruesome-looking participants, some with eyes falling out and skin peeling off, slowly staggered through Terrace with lots of honks of encouragement from passing cars.
They detoured through the Skeena Mall, spooking weekend shoppers, and even made a stop into the local McDonalds.
Partnering with Paranormal Northcoast British Columbia, their motto for the event was, ‘Zombies need brains, but people need food.”
