A CRISP, cold and still night set the stage Dec. 7 for family enjoyment at the Festival of Lights held at George Little Park.
Hot chocolate, supplied by the Salvation Army mobile kitchen, kept people warm while Bonhomme, the RCMP safety bear and the fire department mascot circulated among the crowd.
Fire department and other emergency vehicles were lit up for the occasion as well and a bonfire kept people warm.
For those intent on creating a craft, there was gingerbread decorating in the library.
Even Santa paid a visit, stopping frequently for photographs.
And there was musical entertainment thanks to the Ecole Mountainview school choir.
