Terrace Peaks wraps up season with year end show

Year end awards honoured seven athletes and one director for their work this past season

The Terrace Peaks Gymnastics Club wrapped up their season with a year end show today, June 16.

Along with dozens of achievement awards given to athletes at all levels, seven gymnasts and one director was recognized with special honour for their work this last season.

Those honours were as follows:

Ashley Gomes, Recreational Gymnast of the Year

Emeline Hanna Pre-Team Gymnast of the Year

Alyssa Metzger, Developmental Gymnast of the Year

Irma Schooner, Interclub Gymnast of the Year

Emma Angus, Competitive Female Gymnast of the Year

Finnley Ivens, Competitive Male Gymnast of the Year

Barclay Macdonald, Club Spirit Award

Carissa Nenninger, Athletes’ Choice Award
