Young Novice hockey players are having a hoot at the big tournament here in Terrace this weekend.
The seven and eight year old players are competing in the fun regional tournament until the end of today, Jan. 22, facing off with fellow Terrace teams and groups from Smithers, Hazelton and Prince Rupert.
It's all about having fun and encouraging the game, and the ruddy cheeks and big smiles seem to indicate success.
