Dragon Boat teams hit the water at Furlong Bay Sept. 10 for the annual Lakelse regatta.

The lake was a bit windy but rain held for most of the event, but organizers said everybody had a great time.

In the finals, Tragically Quick beat Northern Spirit, finishing in 1:12.

In the B finals, White Lightening edged out Free Spirit.

The other two teams paddled backwards in the Guts and Glory race, with Tyee Lake Dragons beating Lakelse Dragons.
