Art in Motion wins big at BC annual dance competition

Terrace’s Art in Motion dance company has returned from the BC Annual Dance Competition in Prince George that was held May 5 to 11.

Dancer Julian Hunt won the title of Senior Performer of the Year, which was based on the four highest solo marks of the 23 competitors in this category.

Six other dancers were also selected to compete as provincial delegates for dance at the Performing Arts BC in Chilliwack, B.C. from May 26 to 30.

This event was the last competition of the year for the dance company.
