Wilfred James

1953-2010
Wilf was born in Cranbrook, BC and moved in 1968 with his family to Duncan, BC. He came to Terrace in 1973 and worked in the logging industry. He was involved in a vehicle accident in 1977 and spent his remaining years in a wheelchair as a quadriplegic. In 1983, Wilf instigated the building of the Rosswood General store, which he managed until his death.
On August 6, Wilf died peacefully of heart failure while outside with his dog. Many thanks to the couple who assisted him that day.
