West, Stewart Arthur, of Westville, N.S. passed away at his residence on Tuesday, May 11, 2021, Stew West, as he was known. He is predeceased by his wife Gloria 2010, son-in-law AJ Winters 2018, mother Roberta West 2019 and father Arthur West.
Stew leaves behind to mourn; son Stew Jr (Theresa), daughters Roberta (Rodger) and Michelle (AJ d. 2018), as well as his grandchildren: Terri (Philip) Johnathan (Jennifer), Denise, Brad, Alicia (David), Tyler, Danika, Stewart (Deidra), Christopher, and Alexander, great grandchildren, Nathan, Arianna, Leena, Noah, Charlie, Ariella, Bella, Landon, Ethan, Chase, Jax. Also left to mourn are his brothers Dave (Linda), Steve (Darlene), sisters Linda (Donnie) and Sandra (Brian) as well as many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Special thanks to Dave and Linda for taking such good care of Stew in his final years.
Stew will be missed by those who loved him, but take great comfort in knowing he is finally with his one true love, his wife, Gloria. As per Stew's wishes, he will be cremated and his remains will ultimately lie with Gloria in Newfoundland. Celebrations of Life for Stew will take place in both Nova Scotia and Newfoundland at dates to be determined, when we can safely gather together.
