It is with great sadness that Ron's family announces his passing.
Ron passed away of natural causes in his home on January 13, 2018.
Left to grieve his loss are his children, Lynn (Rob) Ingham and Mark (children of Shirley); his two granddaughters, Cristina (Chris) Bond and Jessica (Patrick) Davey; several great grandchildren; his brothers, Athol (Shirley) and Vic (Joan); several nieces, nephews, and in-laws; and his companion, Lillian Kenny.
Born in New Zealand, Ron moved to Australia and then to Canada, where he lived for most of his life in Terrace enjoying his family, friends, dogs, and the great outdoors.
He was predeceased by his parents, Arthur and Nancy; his sister, Janice (Ian) Steele; and his nephew, Bryce (Rachel) Steele.
A Celebration of Life ceremony will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada or to the British Columbia Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.
