September 10, 1951 - January 20, 2025

In Loving Memory ~

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Bob Middleton who left us on January 20, 2025.

Bob was born September 10, 1951 in Smithers, BC and moved to Terrace, BC in 1956.

He is survived by his wife of 55 years Gerry, his daughters Tammy Middleton and Theresa (Trevor) Hansen, mother Joan Middleton, grandchildren Daniel (Chanae), Rebecca, Katie (David) and Cody (Amanda), 3 beloved great grandchildren and his 3 siblings (Marlene, David and Doug).

Bob was predeceased by his son Todd and his father Bill Middleton.

Family was the most important thing to Bob whether it was 4 generations fishing on the riverbank, days spent at the house filled with family or any of the numerous days spent at the ball field (starting with coaching his daughters, then playing ball with his adult children, and then attending all his grandchildren's games as their proud and loyal fan).

Bob was a hardworking man and started his own trucking company, RD Middleton Trucking, when he bought his first logging truck in 1979 upon the encouragement of Bob Cooper for whom he was working at the time. He continued to drive his logging truck and run his trucking company until his retirement in 2016.

Over the years in the logging industry and throughout his lifetime, Bob was respected by all and loved by many. He will be missed.

At Bob's request there will not be a service.
