Rick passed away suddenly due to complications from diabetes, in Terrace, B.C. on March 25, 2013.
He is survived by his daughters, Desiree and Avril, his grandchildren, Brock and Kayden, his parents Jim and Margaret, sister Ingrid, nieces, family and friends.
A memorial service was held March 30, 2013 at the Terrace Christian Reformed Church.
In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
