Passed away peacefully at Kelowna General Hospital. Parker lived in Terrace until 1972.
He was a founding member of Thornhill Golf Course, the original terrace Curling club and the Kinsmen Club. His parents, Dr and Mrs Stanley Mills were pioneers and namesakes for Mills Memorial Hospital. He served as the Hospital Administrator at Mills Memorial.
He left behind his son Cliff Mills and grandchildren Kelsey Canning, Geoff Mills Craig Mills and Brent Mills and great grandchildren Hannah Canning and Ethan Canning. His wife Marie Mills predeceased him as well as his son Sid Mills.
