In Loving Memory of

Olivo Cesare Tessaro

Olivo immigrated to Canada from Pederobba, Italy in 1956. He made his way to Kitimat, BC, where he worked for Alcan. He later resumed his trade as a carpenter. He was respected for his craftsmanship and the pride he took in his work. Olivo loved cycling and soccer, and coached soccer in Terrace for several years.

Olivo passed away peacefully on the morning of March 23, 2011. He leaves behind his wife Judy and his children Lara and Mark.

Recently Olivo’s life had become limited by Alzheimer’s disease, and we are comforted that he is finally at peace. We thank the staff at Terraceview for taking good care of him in recent years, and also thank Dr. Strydom and the nursing staff at Mills Memorial.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society of B.C.

Your condolences will be approved within one business day. You will need a valid Facebook account. Please email us if you have any questions.
