March 31, 1925 – August 9, 2015

A ship sails and I stand watching till

She fades on the horizon

and someone at my side says

“She is gone”

Gone? Gone where?

gone from my sight that is all.

She is just as large now as when I last saw her.

Her diminished size and total loss

from my sight is in me,

not her.

And just at that moment,

When someone says she is gone

There are others who are watching her

coming over their horizon.

And other voices take up a glad shout –

“THERE SHE COMES!”

It is with mixed emotions that we say

goodbye to Mom and Gram.

Norah is at peace and has gone on to be with Jim.

She will be missed by her family Larry (Yvonne), Brian, Wayne (Mary).

Grandchildren Philip (Melissa), Terry, James and Stephanie (Kevin). Great grandson Micheal.

There will be no service as requested.
