It is with deep sorrow that the family of Vyvianne Armstrong announces her passing after a brief and unforeseen battle with cancer.
Viv will be lovingly remembered by her partner of 30 years Bob Barger, her children David (Fay), Jim (Alana), Lee (Mercy), Tammy (Rick) Karrer, Clint, Charlene, Brenda, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and sisters Lucille Isfeld, Rose Therrien, Helen (Jim) Niel, Dianna (Floyd) Shaver. Predeceased by infant brother Teddy, husband Gordon E Armstrong, parents Ted and Edwinna Morin and brother-in-law Ray Therrien.
Vyvianne will always be remembered for her open heart and open home. She treasured her family above all. Vyvianne, enjoyed playing music, camping, flower arranging, cake decorating, painting, needlework, gardening and spending months creating gifts for loved ones.
More happy memories were gathered as she spent her last days at home in Terrace surrounded by love with her family, extended family and friends.
The family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to the very special friends too numerous to mention by name that showed overwhelming support in so many thoughtful ways with visits, meals, flowers, phone calls and unwavering strengths that came in our time of need.
Vyvianne will forever be remembered by all whose lives she enriched.
