Lucia Maria Titonel was born in Sernaglia, Italy on July 6, 1934. She was one of seven daughters to Vito and Maria Titonel. As a young woman she learned the trade of a seamstress. Lucia came to Canada to join Carlo Stella in June of 1957. Lucia and Carlo raised 4 children. Lucia was a dedicated Mother, wife, seamstress, gardener, artist, devoted Catholic and second Mother to many.
Lucia had many interests and talents, but her primary focus was putting family and the Lord ahead of herself. She took great pride and joy in her grandchildren and family gatherings where she would cook enough for everyone and all who came along.
Lucia is survived by her husband Carlo of 61 years, children Lidia Arndt (Brad), Dino (Carolyn), Nadia Guerreiro (Candido), Lawrence (Lisa) and Nonna to 10 grandchildren; Jerrett, Keenan, Celina, Brandon, Ryan, Angela, Mitchell, Amanda, Courtney, and Julien.
