Keitha May Bayliss nee Loucks, passed away in her 97th year peacefully surrounded by her loved ones.
Keith was born Oct. 24, 1908 in Harlow, Ontario to Clare & William Loucks. She was the oldest of 14 children.
She married Melville Bayliss in Peterborough, Ontario in June 1927 and bore 7 children. She moved to Terrace as a widow in April 1978 to be with her youngest daughter Sandra Chisholm and family. She is survived by her daughters: Valletta Fenton - St. Catherines, Marguerite Booth - Terrace, B.C., Donalda & husband Earl Hayes - St. Catherines, Sandra Chisholm & husband Harley - Terrace, B.C. and son Keith & wife Deborah - Fort Erie, Ontario.
She is also survived by her numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren & great-great grandchildren.
She is also survived by sister Myrtle White, Iva Hart, Velma & Violet and brother Jack & Arnold Loucks.
Keitha was predeceased by her husband, Melville, son Edward (Teddy) & Melville Jr. and grandchildren Brian Booth & Carol Nagy.
Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held Friday, Dec. 17 at 2 p.m. at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovahs Witnesses on Eby St. in Terrace. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the world wide preaching work of Jehovah’s Witnesses.
