KATHERINE ELIZABETH SINJUR
Kathy was born April 16, 1967 in Yarmouth, Nova Scotia. She passed away suddenly in Terrace, B.C. on July 23, 2008.
Kathy was predeceased by her son Mitchell Hubbard, her grandparents Dennis & Elsie Hubbard and Bernard Trask. She is survived by her mother Nancy Brown of Prince Rupert, father
Victor Hubbard of Terrace, sisters Kimberley Hubbard of Nanaimo, Kelley Criggie of Winnipeg, brother Bernard Hubbard of Terrace, daughter Jessie Sinjur of Calgary, grandmother Elma Trask of Yarmouth, N.S., aunt Susan of Yarmouth, special uncle Basil Newell of Prince Rupert, and special niece, Nicole Criggie of Winnipeg, as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins in B.C., N.S. and the USA.
Kathy is also survived by her foster mother, Betty Ruksys (and
family) as well as her special friend Jorge.
A funeral service was held at Sacred Heart Parish in Terrace. Many thanks to Fr. Chris Lynch of Prince Rupert, Gorette of Sacred Heart
Parish, Edith at McKay’s Funeral Home, the Catholic Women’s League of Terrace, and all the many people who did so much in this time of tragedy.
