Passed away peacefully March 3, 2011 at Mills Memorial Hospital. She leaves behind to mourn her passing, her son David Jr. (Val), daughter, Zina Wood (Mike), granddaughter, Devon Wood, three sisters and many nieces and nephews.
Karen is predeceased by her loving husband David Sr., five sisters and one brother.
We wish to convey our heartfelt thanks to Dr. Strydom, Dr. Fourie, Darcy and the exceptional nursing staff at MMH, who provided care for our mother and grandmother.
Special thanks to friends and relatives for their support during this difficult time in our lives.
