With broken hearts we announce the passing of Joyce Elizabeth (Betty) Rowe (Mayfield) on May 10, 2022. She was 73 years old and passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family.
Joyce is survived by her loving husband Larry of 52 years.
Joyce was born on November 11, 1948 in Williams Lake BC. She had three sisters and one brother.
She married Lawrence (Larry) In Kitwanga on March 28, 1970. Together they had two children, Shelley (Harding), Neal (Codie) and four grandchildren; Thomas, Adam, Lindsay and Morgan. She loved her grandchildren more than life itself.
Joyce's wishes were to have no service.
The family would like to sincerely thank the staff at the Stewart Health Centre for the outstanding care and compassion they showed mom during this difficult time.
