Joanne Margaret Archibald (nee Hume)

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our Loving Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Sister, Aunt and Friend, Joanne Margaret Archibald.
After a long and hard-fought battle with ovarian cancer Joanne passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at her home on Lakelse Lake.
Joanne is survived by her loving husband Brian, sons Corey (Lori-Ann), Devin, daughter Avery, brother Ken and 7 grandchildren.
A private family service was held July 11 2022 at her home and a celebration of life was held July 12 2022 at the Skeena Valley Golf and Country Club.
The Family would like to thank Dr Fourie, Dr Douglas, Trish, Barb, Kim and Allie of the oncology unit at Mills Memorial Hospital. Your compassionate care for Joanne was exemplary. Many thanks to Frances and her support team from Home Care for making Joanne's last days so very comfortable. Joanne very much appreciated the support from each one of you.
