May 28, 1932 - October 13, 2020
It is with great sadness, that we announce the passing of Jean (Marie Eugenie) Johnson (nee Folliet) at the age of 88 years on October 13, 2020 at Terrace, B.C.
Jean was born on May 28, 1932 in Duck Lake, Sask. She and her family moved to Chilliwack, B.C. where she met and married Glyn Johnson. Jean and Glyn lived in Prince Rupert, Kitimat and eventually Terrace, raising their 5 children.
The Anglican Church was a very important part of Jean's life. As well, she was a dedicated volunteer at the Happy Gang Centre for many years.
After Glyn passed away, Jean lived on her own, spending her final years at McConnell Estates and Terraceview Lodge.
She leaves behind her children, Diane (Mel) Kuemper, Doug (Evelyn), Alan, Carol Crabb, 7 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and friends. She is predeceased by her husband Glyn, daughter Barb Levesque, son-in-law Curtis Crabb, her siblings, parents and grandparents.
