Jack was born Winnipeg, Manitoba died Nanaimo RGH shortly after his 84th birthday.
Passing quietly his sleep. Jack leaves his wife Shaaron (Sloan) and son David he also leaves grandchildren Kaitlynn Hill, Justin Hill, Ashely Hill and great granddaughter Zayda Thebeau plus several nieces and nephew to mourn his passing.
