Harvey Horner passed away shortly after midnight on February 12, 2015, at Mills Memorial Hospital.
The nurses, doctors, and everyone at MMH have taken very good care of Harvey over the last several years, including Brett, Rhonda & Marilyn in the Physio Department. They are all appreciated so very much.
Harvey was born in Englehart, Ontario. The family moved to northern BC when he was a young teen. He called Terrace his home for his entire adult life, and he chose to remain in Terrace after retirement. Harvey enjoyed his winter home in El Centro, CA, which allowed him to golf year-round. He also enjoyed fishing.
He leaves behind his wife (Susan), his four children, Kelly (Jeff), Crystal (Mike), Stuart (Debbie), Jim (Barb), his brother Victor (JoAnn), and nine grand-children & two great-grand-children.
An informal celebration of Harvey’s life will be held at the Skeena Valley Golf and Country Club on Saturday, May 9 at 1 to 4 p.m.
