In Loving Memory ~

The Family of Fredrick Ronald Snider (Ron) are saddened to announce his passing.

Ron was a kind, loving, generous and amazing man who loved his family with his whole heart.

He had joined the Canadian Army in 1953 and served his country in Korea. He was a member of Terrace Royal Canadian Legion Branch 13 for many years.

He took great pride in marching in the Remembrance Day parade and selling Poppies at the liquor store every year. He was Past Master of the Kitselas Masonic Lodge #123 as well as Senator for the Metis Nation of BC for a number of years.

He was a man of many talents in his working careers and would entail a list a mile long. His love of camping, fishing and hot dog roasts with his people was a favorite pass time.

He leaves behind to mourn his passing his loving wife Belva, daughter Debbie(Jeff), Son Rick(Karen), his pride and joy were his grandchildren Kyle (Le-an), Bryce and great grandson Jace, Meranda and Seaerra. His brothers Stu, Gerry, Brian and Sister Shirley as well as numerous nieces and nephews and their children from both sides of the families and Sister in- law Louise.

He was predeceased by his parents and parent in-laws, Sisters Grace and Inez, brother Blaine, nephews Lorne, Kevin and great nephew Samuel, Sister in-laws Elaine, Merle, Beulah, & Helen. Brother in-laws Eli, Bud & Don.

Per Ron's wishes, there will be no service. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Terrace Legion Branch 13 Poppy Fund in his honored memory.

Belva and his family wish to sincerely thank everyone for the flowers, cards, money and loving support, hugs, calls and messages, foods and desserts which mean so much from the bottom of our broken hearts.

A special thank you goes to the nurses on the 3rd floor for the care they gave to Ron during his stay in the hospital and to the Metis women Bernadette, Jerri, Sheila & Suzie and each of the others for names not mentioned who prepared and served a luncheon in his memory to our family.

Never a closed fishing season and endless hot dog roasts wished for our Husband, Father, Grandfather, Great Grandfather, Brother and Uncle Ron with family gone before us.

We are forever grateful for our

time together, Rest in sweet peace

our loved one, til we all meet again.
