1945-2020 ~ It is with great sadness that my Husband of 54 years, Keith Norman passed away on March 20, 2020 at the age of 74.
Left to mourn are Wife Sandy, Son Tim, Daughter Holly and son-in-law Eldon, Brother Rev. Peter Norman, Grandchildren Ashlee, Brooklyn and Jaron.
Keith was born in Montreal to Jean & Fred Norman who are deceased as well as his Brother David.
Keith went to McGill University and received a degree as a Chartered Accountant and worked with C.A. Firm Stevenson, Blakely Blunt and Nordair. Keith left Montreal and traveled to Montana U.S.A, Burnaby, Chilliwack, Surrey and then White Rock. He worked for Okanagan Helicopters in Richmond then Port Hardy. Keith worked for Utah Mines as Treasurer then settled in Terrace where he was Treasurer for the City for many years.
Keith was the Treasurer for Royal Canadian Legion, Curling Club & Referee for Hockey.
Keith lost his kidney due to severe Diabetes. Keith's brother, Peter gave him one of his kidneys but became very ill and had to retire early.
A very special "Thank You" goes out to Dr. Dillon & Nurse Kelly and to all the other Doctors & Nurses who took care of Keith. Thank you to all the relatives and friends who called, sent cards, flowers & food.
Keith was a golfer who loved the game and so there will be a service & refreshments at the Golf course as soon as it it clear to have a gathering due to the pandemic. Keith will sadly be missed but forever in our hearts.
